Australian Artificial Intelligence Industry Group Ltd (AAIIG), ACN 702 176 001, operates this website. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or a complaint, email hello@aaiig.org.
Our enquiry forms collect your name, email address, message and selected interest, together with any phone number, organisation and role you choose to provide. We also record the submission time, source page and basic browser/request information.
We use this information to respond, route your enquiry to the appropriate AAIIG team member and provide related follow-up. An enquiry does not automatically create a paid membership or subscribe you to a marketing list.
Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sensitive personal information or confidential details about other people.
Survey responses help AAIIG understand industry experience and priorities and prepare its engagement on the subject described in each survey. Contact details are optional and used for follow-up if you choose to provide them.
Please avoid identifying other people in free-text answers. Leaving contact fields blank does not prevent information in your other answers from identifying you or your organisation.
Website enquiries and survey responses use private Vercel Blob storage. Enquiry notifications may be processed by Resend or our configured email service. AAIIG team members who handle the relevant enquiry or survey may access the information for that purpose.
Our hosting, storage and email providers may process information outside Australia. The public website does not publish enquiry records or individual survey responses.
Email hello@aaiig.org to ask about information you have supplied, request a correction, discuss removal or raise a privacy concern. Include enough context for us to locate the relevant enquiry or response. We may need to verify your identity before providing access or making a change.
Member account services and external event booking sites provide their own information-handling notices. Review those notices when using those services.
